Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment or via an agreed alternative.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
